5. PROTECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
We use industry-standard security measures and comply with SSA’s ARS/ERE portal protocols to protect your data. HIPAA principles (for medical data) are followed where applicable. However, no electronic system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
If we learn of a breach, we may notify you electronically. By using the Site, you agree to such communications.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Text Frequency: We will only send text messages necessary to efficiently manage and communicate about your case or as authorized by you.
- Confidentiality: We make every effort to keep text communications brief and non-sensitive, in line with our confidentiality obligations and HIPAA where applicable. We do not transmit full Social Security Numbers, medical diagnoses, or highly sensitive documents via text.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received. You may also request changes to your communication preferences by calling (417) 812-6698 or emailing help@urdisabilityRep.com.
- Security: While we strive to safeguard your information, text communications may not be fully secure. For sensitive or confidential matters, we will use secure portals, phone calls, or mail.
