Before becoming an insurance agent in 2015, John Schaeffer had over 20 years of experience as a Retail District Manager and a Loss Prevention Manager. John is property and casualty and life insurance licensed. He works with clients to help them understand their personal lines of insurance and how to protect themselves and their families while saving money.

John is originally from Hollister, Missouri and graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in business management. John has 2 children, 1 grandchild, and 3 dogs. When John isn’t spending time outdoors at the lake or with his family, he’s probably working on his car or drag racing. 

His race car, dubbed The Silver Juice, is a 1999 Camaro Z28 and was purchased 10 years ago. Over the years, John has put in a lot of hardwork, stayed determined, and worked towards his goals in the drag racing world. He recently was the runner up in the 2019 LS Fest in the LS 275 class.
