Bruce grew up in Lebanon, MO and attended Missouri State University.  After working as an agent and then in management for a major insurance company for 13 years Bruce founded The Resource Center in 2000.  Bruce's daughter is a college freshman and his son is in middle school.

June grew up in Hartville, MO and while raising her family, worked with Neil in the insurance business since 1962.  June and Neil have 2 children and 2 grandchildren.  June enjoyed retirement and traveling for 3 years before she started at The Resource Center in 2000. 

Neil grew up in Laclede County, MO and served in the US Air Force for 4 years.  Neil has been in the insurance business since 1962 and he managed agencies in 22 counties throughout Southwest Missouri.  Neil joined The Resource Center in 2001.

Tom grew up in Ohio and spent 4 years in the Army (ASA).  He graduated with a  Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Economics from the College of the Ozarks.  Tom is a member of Missouri Association of Independent Insurance Agents.  Tom has worked selling insurance since 1975. 

Dave grew up in Harrisburg, PA and attended Elizabethtown College.  Dave moved to the Ozarks in 1988 and has had 15 years of insurance and management experience.  Dave joined The Resource Center in July 2008.

Bill grew up in Republic, MO.  He graduated from Missouri Southern with a Bachelors degree in Education.  Bill enjoyed teaching and coaching before he joined the Insurance industry more then 25 years ago.  Bill manages our Branson office.   

Michelle grew up in St. Louis, MO and graduated Missouri State University with a Bachelors Degree in General Business and Management.  Michelle joined The Resource Center in August 2004.   

Sharyn grew up in Hampton Falls, NH and married Tom when he was in the military.  Sharyn attended college in Clarksville, AR and worked in quality control for over 20 years before becoming an insurance agent 10 years ago.   Sharyn and Tom have 3 kids and 6 grandkids.  Sharyn joined Tom at The Resource Center in 2005.

Matt grew up in Branson, Mo and served 5 years in the Navy as a cryptologist. He  graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Education from Missouri State University.  Matt has enjoyed 6 years at The Resource Center.

Josh grew up in Branson, MO and attended Northern Kentucky College.  Josh has 5 years of insurance experience and joined our Branson office in July 2007.  

Dianne grew up in Springfield, MO and transferred to the Branson/ Kimberling City area to raise her family.  Dianne has been assisting Bill in the insurance business for over 20 years.  Dianne and Bill enjoy traveling to visit their 7 children and 7 grandchildren. 

Joe has his Master Degree in Business Administration from Sherilyn University in Dublin, Ireland.  He is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management team and a certified medical coder.  Joe has 35 years of Healthcare & Medicare experience and joined our Joplin office in May 2008.

Jim grew up in Central Illinois and has been a LTC specialist for 10 years.  Jim has a bachelors degree in Biology from Illinois State University.  Jim is a Senior Link member of the Community Partnership of Greene County and is a supporter of the Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk.  He and his wife, Jane live in Ozark, MO.
